Olga Guerrero
Olga Guerrero has been involved in various levels of the industry for over twenty years. She plays a vital role at the shop where she interacts with and serves customers on a regular basis. She also handles much of the paper work that is necessary for the shop to function on a day to day basis.
Jonathan Peters
Jonathan Peters was introduced to the industry by Michael Dickey Design some five years ago and has been a member of the team since then. He has received advanced training on the Matrix computer design program and also spends a lot of time at the bench.
Gail Dickey
Gail Dickey started out in the jewelry industry twenty five years ago. She is the glue that holds our shop together. Her responsibilities include everything from accounting to customer service. She has also received advances training in The Matrix computer design software, and handles the majority of the jobs associated with The Matrix.
Michael Dickey
Michael Dickey graduated from Gemological Institute of America in 1981 and formed Michael Dickey Design that same year. Since then, he has continued his education, taking courses in platinum and advanced stone setting. He also holds the Jewelers of America Certified Bench Jeweler title and also the Jewelers of America Master Jeweler title, which is the highest title given by Jewelers of America for bench jewelers. Under his guidance, the shop has completed over five hundred thousand jobs.
